What's the MaxZoneladies return policy ?

For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been worn or tried on.
⚠️ Only unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached and in their original packaging are eligible.

  • Bras (unworn and with original tags).

  • Pajamas, nightwear, or loungewear (unworn and in new condition).

  • Accessories (socks, tops, etc.) in their sealed packaging.

Please note: Panties, thongs, and bodysuits are non-returnable due to hygiene regulations.

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or return.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • If we made a mistake, we will cover the return cost.

  • Contact our customer service by email: Contact@Maxzoneladies.com

  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Wait for approval from our team before sending the item back.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

  • For exchanges, your replacement will be shipped once the return is approved.

If your product arrives damaged or the wrong size, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
