Exchange and Return Policy

What's the MaxZoneladies return policy ?

1 - Can I return lingerie or underwear items?

For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been worn or tried on.
⚠️ Only unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached and in their original packaging are eligible.

2 - Which items are eligible for exchange or refund?

Bras (unworn and with original tags).
Pajamas, nightwear, or loungewear (unworn and in new condition).
Accessories (socks, tops, etc.) in their sealed packaging.

Please note: Panties, thongs, and bodysuits are non-returnable due to hygiene regulations.

3 - How long do I have to request an exchange or return?

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or return.

4 - 4. Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If we made a mistake, we will cover the return cost.

5 - How do I request a return or exchange?

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Wait for approval from our team before sending the item back.

6- When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
For exchanges, your replacement will be shipped once the return is approved.

7 - What if I receive a defective or wrong-size item?

If your product arrives damaged or the wrong size, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
