What's the MaxZoneladies return policy ?
For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been worn or tried on.
⚠️ Only unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached and in their original packaging are eligible.

Bras (unworn and with original tags).

Pajamas, nightwear, or loungewear (unworn and in new condition).

Accessories (socks, tops, etc.) in their sealed packaging.
Please note: Panties, thongs, and bodysuits are non-returnable due to hygiene regulations.
You have 7 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or return.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If we made a mistake, we will cover the return cost.

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

Wait for approval from our team before sending the item back.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected:

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.

For exchanges, your replacement will be shipped once the return is approved.
If your product arrives damaged or the wrong size, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
