  3. Click on the tracking link – The email includes a direct link to the courier’s website (for example: Aramex, DHL, or Emirates Post).

  4. Enter your tracking number (if requested) – Copy and paste your tracking number to see the live status of your order.

  5. Follow your delivery – You can see if your order is processing, in transit, out for delivery, or delivered.
