Shipping & Delivery

 

We ship orders quickly and safely across the UAE. Below you’ll find our processing times, delivery options and fees.

Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 pm (GST) are usually processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time & Fees

  • Abu Dhabi City: 1–2 business days (COD available).

  • UAE (other Emirates): 2–4 business days.

  • GCC (optional): 4–7 business days.

Fees are shown at checkout and depend on destination and order weight/size.

Shipping Methods

  • We partner with trusted couriers (e.g., Aramex / Emirates Post / DHL).

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our store.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available within the UAE for eligible orders.

  • A small COD handling fee may apply.

Delivery Attempts

  • If the courier cannot reach you, they will make up to 2 attempts and/or contact you by phone.

  • After failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.

Address & PO Boxes

  • Please provide a complete delivery address and active phone number.

  • PO Boxes may require pickup notification by the courier (check your SMS/email).

Damaged / Missing Items

  • If your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will resolve this quickly.

International Duties & Taxes (if you ever ship outside UAE)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
